Orders

If your order has not been shipped you can click the cancel button above to request a cancellation for your order. Or reach out to us via email, chat or phone to cancel your full order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to edit any orders, apply discounts or add any items once it has been accepted by our system. We can cancel the order for you, but you will need to place a new order with the correct item or discount code.

Customized jerseys may not be cancelled once the order has been processed. These items are personalized, including player names/numbers and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled – regardless of shipping status.

Preorder means you can purchase some of our limited-edition items prior to their release date. These items typically ship within 2-weeks, but check the preorder item product page for details on the exact launch date. These limited-edition items have only a small number of units available and are typically not restocked. Payment will be processed at the time of preorder purchase.

If your order contains other non-preorder items, those items will wait to ship until the preorder item is ready. If you would like your non-preorder items to ship early please contact customer care at [email protected]. Preorder items are not available for expedited shipping. The return window for orders containing preorder items is 30 days from the shipment date of the last item in the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Amazon Pay.

Lost packages

At Rip City Clothing, we strive to ensure every order reaches you. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team by clicking the Report issue icon above or contact us through one of our support channels at the bottom of the page.

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please click the Report issue icon above or contact us through one of our support channels at the bottom of the page.

Please provide a photo of the damage that we can review and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rip City Clothing is not responsible for stolen packages. We highly recommend selecting our Blazers Green Shipping Defense at checkout, which covers packages in the event they are stolen. If you did not choose this protection, we can assist by submitting a claim on your behalf with the carrier. However, please understand that beyond submitting a claim, we are unable to take further responsibility for lost or stolen items. We encourage you to consider choosing Blazers Green Shipping Defense for peace of mind with future orders.

Returns

We happily accept domestic returns within 30 days of the delivery date, and 60 days for international orders. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

All returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, scent-free, with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt. In the absence of a receipt, store credit will be provided, which can be utilized either online or in our stores.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you benefited from free shipping, this amount will be deducted from your refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of order errors, where a return label will be provided upon contact.

Although online exchanges are not available, items can be exchanged in-store by presenting the invoice. Regrettably, all sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please start the process clicking the Return order icon above or logging into your account, selecting the order and requesting a refund.

Once your return has been approved you will receive an email with the return address & instructions.

BY MAIL:
Click the Return order icon above or Log into your account
 to request a return. Once you have received approval, print out a label addressed to Rip City Clothing Returns, 2 N Center Court Street Portland, OR 97227. Make sure that your package has tracking and insurance as we cannot refund you unless we receive the package.

IN-STORE:
Go to any of our Rip City Clothing stores with the returnable items and a sales associate will assist you. Be sure to bring the original receipt or order number/shipping zip code.

Once we've received your package at our fulfillment warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds may take additional time depending on the payment method used. In-store returns will be immediately processed.

Shipping

All domestic orders over $75 ship for free. We offer a flat rate fee of $7.99 for all our domestic orders under $75. International costs vary depending on country and start at $25.

We primarily use UPS Ground and USPS Ground service to ship most of our domestic orders. We use DHL to ship all international orders. Taxes & Duties are prepaid for all international orders.

We fulfill and package orders ASAP and ship within 2-3 business days unless you ordered a jersey. Jerseys take an additional day as they are dressed in house, please allow 3-5 business days for jerseys to ship. Transit time is between 2 and 7 days for domestic orders and up to 45 days for International. Snowstorms or service outages may delay shipping and fulfillment schedules.

We do not offer overnight shipping.

PO Box addresses are only shipped using USPS Ground.

You will receive an order status link at checkout and via email. Click on the link to follow your package.

Local Pickup

Yes, you can! Select the pick up option at checkout and you will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

Please wait for your confirmation email that your order is ready before arriving to pick up your order. An order confirmation is not a pickup confirmation, and our quoted pickup time is not a promised time.

If you pick up during a game, please come to A-19 instead of the main store.

If you are attending a game and would like to order from our website, you can place your order anytime before halftime. To ensure smooth pickup, complete the In-Game Pickup form in your cart and select 'Pick Up' at checkout.  Here's how to receive your order based on where you're seated:

  • Suite Guests: Please enter your suite number when placing your order. We will deliver your items directly to your suite.
  • Courtside or Club Seating: After you receive a pickup notification, please see your concierge to collect your items.
  • General Public: You can pick up your order at Pickup Location A-19.

Make sure to place your order before halftime to ensure that it can be processed and delivered during the game. Enjoy the event!

Orders are packed and ready for pick-up within 2-3 business days. Jerseys are dressed in house and take between 3-4 business days. If you need your order sooner send us an email or hit us up in the chat window option and we'll see what we can do to expedite the pick-up time.

You have a 30-day window from the time your purchase is marked 'Ready For Pickup', after which any unreturned items will be restocked and you will receive a non-expiring gift card for the full amount of your order via email.

If unable to pick up your order within 30 days, contact us with a new pick-up date. Otherwise, we'll issue a non-expiring gift card, excluding non-refundable custom jerseys. Failure to pick up or reschedule results in loss of payment for custom jerseys, which will be upcycled.

Promotions
  • Select sale items are available throughout the year and can be found in the Sale section of our online menu.
  • Special promotional sales events will be advertised on the site prior to the event, including holidays, Fan Appreciation Week, off-season warehouse sales, and exclusive online deals.
  • Newsletter readers have access to secret sales and promotions throughout the year.

Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not work on any sale merchandise or products that offer a donation. 

Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. 

Most codes have expiration dates or can only be used once per customer. Please refer to the discount code email to read about any exclusions and expiration dates. Still having trouble? Contact us through one of our support channels at the bottom of the page.

If you feel there is an error with your discount code, reach out to us via chat and we will look into it!

We will honor the price difference if you contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We are unable to honor any adjustments after 24 hours.

Gift Cards

Physical Gift Cards can only be used in-arena and are available for purchase at our store locations and online. Digital Gift Cards work only in our online shop and can be purchased online.

Common issues are:

  • The card has a zero balance or insufficient funds for the transaction.
  • You're attempting to use an online digital card in-store, which is not allowed.
  • The card was not activated correctly.
  • The card has expired.

After using physical gift cards with a purchase, the remaining balance will be printed on the receipt.
